Us airways are so sad in the customer service department that they shouldn't even call themselves a company. during the course of one international trip, I had two flights cancelled while I was on the plane, hey flight took off over 4 hours later than scheduled they had us wait the whole time what not so much as an explanation or apology and during this time I missed a wedding the whole reason for booking in the first place.the first flight that they cancelled would have got me there a day and a half earlier not only did they cancel the flight but they were rude about it the flight attendant argued with people and the local people were left their own devices to figure out how to get home. I was given a car in tow to make a new reservation and sent on my way the disaster started from there.there was so much inconvenience during the course of this trip for dealing with a shotty airline. I missed a wedding, I spent the first part of my trip trying to figure out how I was going to get my money back, get the full stay that I pay for at my resort,and contacting my family back home so we could pay out of pocket to rearrange a new flight for our babysitter have to stay be extra couple days thanks to US Airways. it was a disaster I've dealt with several people from that company since then still waiting on refund that hasn't come and they never offered me any compensation with the exception of $100 off of Flight I wouldn't fly them for that kind of a discount No thank you.I even had a customer service rep of their have a serious argument with me I have never encountered a company with all the way around bad service like that. I mean on the flight that got me home even the US Airways agents was nasty it was so ridiculous I thought I was in the twilight zone. Needless to say I will never fly them again. I have heard from several people before whatever you do don't fly US Airways unfortunately I've booked on one of those packets website and I had no idea that they have to go through US Airways until it was too late so people be careful check with your vacation package people and check other airlines for deals before you go with a company like this one because this experience with beyond horrible and it all could have been avoided have they had competent and reliable service but sadly enough they did not and they do not so please beware consumers!!!!
